Dutch Oven Cherry Chocolate Surprise Cake

Hi, a Spring Camporee patrol asked for the recipe for the Chocolate Cherry cake we had at Andrea's Cabin. The following recipe is the exact recipe that was used for the Cherry Chocolate Surprise Cake prepared on the Grass Lake outing. For Andrea's Cabin outing, the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla mixture was omitted.
