SPRING REMINDERS: Spring Break, Court of Honor and Spring Elections

No meeting on April 4 because school is on Spring Break.

Scout elections will be held on Wednesday,  April 11 for Positions of Responsibility in the troop. This will be at the regularly scheduled meeting time of 7:00 p.m.

Court of Honor will be held on Wednesday, April 18th.  Parents, please come to this special occasion and support your scout!  All Scouts who have moved up a rank or who have earned merit badges since the last court of honor will be recognized.  Scouts will also be installed into their newly elected positions.  Please bring a dessert or snack to share.  Court of Honor will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting time of 7:00 p.m.

Don't forget! Join in the fun! The Sportsplex Lock-in is Saturday!

Tomorrow, Saturday, March 17th (St. Patty's Day) Troop 1 is sponsoring our 16th Annual Sportsplex Lock-in. We need Troop 1 scouts to join in the fun and we need Troop 1 parents to help volunteer for the evening. Please click the link to view the sign up sheet and sign up for a job that evening. We need all the help we can get!  If you have difficulty signing up online, please email jbushonghome@charter.net, or call 989-619-2526 and I will tell you what shifts are available and sign up for you. 

Sportsplex Lock-in Parent Sign Up Sheet

Swimming! Bowling! Dodge Ball!  Video games (bring your system)! Prize Raffle!  Pizza!

$20 registration fee will be charged to your scout account.

The lockin begins at 8:30pm and goes until 6:00 am.  Parent volunteers should arrive by 8pm (or sooner if you have a job that needs you there sooner)  Troop 1 parents pick up your scout PROMPTLY by 6:00am.  The volunteers will be tired and ready to go home.

Scouts who have not yet earned their Second Class Rank, or First Class Rank will have an opportunity to do the swim requirements 8a-c and 9a-c .  Don't miss out on this opportunity!
