Tonight's meeting

Scout meeting tonight: we will be preparing for the Santa Parade on Saturday. One suggestion is for the scouts to wear boxes as presents again. I will be bringing some large boxes from Walmart, but if you want to bring scissors, or boxes that would be helpful. Not sure how many boys will want to dress up as a present but I will also have lights, and reindeer antlers etc.

This Sunday is Austin Sharkey's Eagle Court of Honor : Jays Conference room at 1:00 pm

Don't forget this Sunday is Austin Sharkey's Eagle Court of Honor to be held in the Jays Conference room at 1:00 pm.

Austin requested some scouts to participate in part of his ceremony called the Trail to Eagle. At the meeting these are the boys who signed up:

John M. : scout rank
:Tenderfoot
: 2nd Class
Sean L.: First Class
: Star
Caleb E.: Life
Benjamin B.: Eagle

We need a scout for Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, and Star. If you be at his court of honor, please let us know if your scout can fill one of these positions. It's pretty simple, all he needs to do is light a candle and read a line.

Kiwanis Christmas Basket signup

Please spread some holiday cheer and help out our sponsor, the Kiwanis Club of Gaylord distribute Christmas baskets.

It's a nice day, you can sign up for a couple hours on Saturday or Sunday December 10 or 11.  All you need to do is wear your uniform and assist in carrying food baskets out to cars for people.  Many of these people are elderly and need our help.

The Music Man play this weekend

Hey don't miss the opportunity to see our scouts in action!  Trevor Clink, a senior and Life scout, has the leading role in The Music Man play this weekend.  Ben Bushong, senior and Eagle scout plays percussion in the Pit band and Life scouts Andrew Leeman and Nathan Salem are in the set crew.

I know that I'm looking forward to watch Trevor. He is very talented and sings beautifully. Please support the drama club and come to see the play!
