New Health and Trip Permission Forms

Scenic Trails Council has sent Troop 1 a new standardized Health and Trip Permission Form. The new forms are an effort to standardize the forms and information Troops request for outings. Use if the new forms becomes mandatory in 2010, earlier adoption is encouraged.

We would like to try the new forms for our upcoming Agnes S. Andreae Nature Preserve outing. A link to the form is included below and hard copies will be available at Troop Meetings.
