Important dates in August

On Tuesday and Wednesday, August 13 and 14 from 7:00-8:00 pm, your scoutmaster Ken Arndt will be at Bagley hall to do scoutmaster conference for those scout eligible for rank advancement.  Come dressed in your Class A's if you have completed merit badges or rank requirements to be eligible. Bring your book.

On Wednesday, August 21, at 7:00 pm. Board of Reviews will be done for scouts who have completed the scoutmaster conference on the week prior. 6 adult leaders/committee members are needed to do Board of reviews.  Please contact Ken Arndt if you are able to participate in this. Scouts wear your class A's.

On Wednesday August 28, at 7:00 pm a Court of Honor will be held for all scouts and their families to attend.  Our scouts worked very hard on merit badges at camp and we want to present them with their merit badges and rank advancement.  Please bring a dessert or snacks to share. (There will also be the usual Court of Honor in October for new positions of leadership)  Wear your class A's for the group pictures.  All leaders will get their individual picture taken for our new Facebook page (if they want to participate in that).

September 4 is the first scout meeting for the 2013-14 school.  Same time, same place.  Bagley Hall, 7:00 p.m.

September 8 is the next Committee meeting.  6:00 p.m. for the scouts, 7:00 p.m. for the leaders.

September 20-22 is the Annual Hessel Jamboree.  You can visit their facebook page for more details: Hessel International Scout Rally
