Tree Lot Help Needed This Weekend

Our Christmas Tree Lot is covered with snow and our paths to the trees have been plowed shut.

We need volunteers with shovels or snow blowers to help dig out the lot on Saturday!

The second weekend in December is traditionally our biggest tree sales weekend of the year. We need to have our Christmas Tree lot assessable to the public this weekend.

Please contact Mr. Neff if you can help with snow removal Saturday morning between 10AM and Noon or if you can help sell trees between noon and 6PM.

Popcorn is here and will be ready for pickup as follows:

Friday December 5th from 5:00PM to 7:00 PM

Saturday, December 6th From 9:00 AM to Noon

Or call Ken at 732-3307 and come at another time.

Location for pickup is 6 East McCoy Road in Gaylord.

Go east on McCoy from Old 27 South (Ace Hardware, 5/3 Bank)
About ½ Mile—office is # 6, Kahki colored, on the left side of the road at the intersection of McCoy and Evergreen

Wreath Money Turn In Date

Mrs. Hancock will be collecting Wreath money at the Troop meeting on Wednesday December 10.

Please remember to bring your Wreath money to the meeting.

Tree Delivery Update

Our Blue Spruce Christmas Tree source called today and need to deliver our Trees on Tuesday instead of on Wednesday as we have planned.

If anyone would be available to help unload trees tomorrow around lunch time, please contact Mr. Neff. We do not know the exact time that the trees will arrive but the delivery truck is suppose to call me when they are near Gaylord.

Janet Hancock will be at the storage unit at 4:15 tonight for pick ups.

The wreath pick up location is at Storage unit 115 at the end of East 7th Street in Gaylord.

CHRISTMAS WREATHS ARE IN

Christmas Wreaths will be delivered today and pick-up will begin tonight (Wednesday) at 7:00PM and run to just past 8:30PM.

The location is the storage units at the end of East 7th Street in Gaylord. Unit 115 will be the pickup spot.

7:30PM - 10:30PM
10:30PM - 1:30AM shift (will include pizza at midnight)
1:30AM -4:30AM shift
4:30 - 7:30AM shift (donuts at 6:00AM)
