Scout Meeting information for this week 2/17/2016
Scout Meeting information for this week:
1. I will not be at scouts this Wednesday (Ben is playing in Battle of the Bands and Trevor will be gone to that as well). Kevin Reynolds has the key to Bagley and he has agreed to be the adult in charge of the meeting. Austin Sharkey has agreed to be in charge of the plans for the meeting, topic was patrol camping and Polar Bear. Ken is out of town.
2. Please sign up to volunteer to help at the Sportsplex Lock-in on Saturday March 19 We need all parents of Troop 1 to sign up to volunteer for our biggest event of the year. We will host 400-500 scouts and leaders for the 20th Annual Sportsplex Lock-in. It's a great evening of fun and food. Scouts come from all over Northern Michigan to enjoy the facilities at the Sportsplex. We need help beginning about 7pm until 6am the next morning so that we can be great hosts to our guests. Go to this link below and put your name on the list. Or message here if you are having difficulty with the spreadsheet. If you can't help during the night, you could come and help with clean up bright and early at about 4am so that the tired parents can leave if they choose to. Sign up here!
