Meeting location changed on April 30, please read.
On Wednesday April 30th, Bagley hall is
closed. We are planning to meet behind the Middle School near that cabin
to learn how to read a map and do some compass work.
So please plan to meet behind the Middle School near that
cabin. If you drive behind the school, you’ll see it.
If your scout has a compass please bring it.
In case of rain, we still plan to meet there… we are working
on getting permission and keys to use the cabin.
Also, I still need 2-3 older scouts to assist in teaching
compasses to the cub scouts on May 17th at the Otsego County Park.
Please let me know ASAP if you are interested or contact Jeremy Savoie. This would be service
time, and the cub scout pack requested the help of a few older scouts. If
there are no scouts available, then the Cub Scout Pack may want the help of
leaders who can teach the compass.
