Haven't heard from anyone about mowing this Wednesday at Resurrection Cemetery. Hopefully everyone is just planning on showing up. It is a great way to get money into your scout account.

Here's another opportunity to put funds back into your scout accounts.
We are going to mow St.Mary's cemetary by Wilkinson Road on Tuesday, July 28th. I'll be there around 3 PM. You can get there when you can get there, just please let me know if you will be there and apporoximately what time. Also, what equipment will you bring and how many people?
Also, if you can not come, please call me and let me know so I don't save a section for you. Thanks.

All scouts working in the Gaylord Kiwanis dime toss booth will be credited with community service hours.
You must sign up for the schedule on the Troop 1 website to receive credit. In past years, scouts have volunteered at the dime toss booth but did not sign up on the Troop 1 schedule.
The dime toss schedule on the web site will be given to Mrs. Wagar to record your service hours.
Sign up early and often for the dime toss booth!
2009 Boy Scouts Schedule
We need 1-2 scouts per time slot, parents are welcomed to volunteer too. Volunteering for the Dime Toss Booth counts as service time - remember to wear your Class A uniform. Scouts who work at the Kiwanis Dime Toss booth have a great time! The Kiwanis thank the Troop by hosting the Heart Lake cook out and swim party. Email Troop 1 or call Mr. Neff to sign up.
